SALES ASSISTANT – TALENT RECRUITMENT

About the Role

Sitara Talent is looking for a Sales Assistant who can actively connect with actors, models, and fresh talent and help them understand our casting opportunities, portfolio services, and other skilled opportunities.

We have 500+ actors and models across India and internationally, and we are looking for someone who can consistently engage with new talent and convert suitable profiles into active candidates for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and communicate with potential actors and models on a daily basis.
- Explain Sitara Talent’s services, casting opportunities, and registration process.
- Follow up with interested talent and maintain regular communication.
- Recruit suitable talent and build our talent database.
- Understand casting requirements and identify suitable profiles.
- Coordinate with the casting team to submit relevant talent for projects.
- Maintain daily recruitment and conversion records.
- Follow up with talent regarding auditions, shoots, portfolio requirements, and project updates.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment/conversion targets.





Daily Target The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of helping the team achieve a goal of minimum 4 talent castings/placements per day, depending on available projects and casting requirements.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with actors, models, and freshers.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Sales or recruitment experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.
- Ability to work with daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and social media.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the casting industry.
