Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibility
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers negotiate & close the deals with the guidance of the regional team members.
2. Product Demonstration: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
3. Promotion: Provide updates on recent product features or upgrades.
- Service Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Perform regular follow-ups to ensure the product/service is functioning optimally.
2. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams for product/service improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
1. Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system.
2. Submit required data reports to the central team on time ( as and when required )
3. Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance
