Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for one or more of True Knock Group’s brands.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, presenting product and service offerings, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools. The specialist will also support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, and events, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing strategies.



Additional responsibilities may include providing training and guidance to team members, gathering market feedback, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage pipelines, and support team performance.
