Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Mahsil Investment Services’ offerings, and guiding clients toward suitable financial products and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The specialist will support marketing initiatives by promoting services, participating in local outreach activities,



and collaborating on campaigns to attract new clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing basic reports for management, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in Training or coaching team members or partners on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services (e.g., investment, insurance, loans) and willingness to learn more.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
- Comfort with using common office software and digital tools for communication and reporting.
- Preferred: Prior experience in financial services, banking, or related sectors; diploma or degree in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
