Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Ticketing

Location: Mohali – Work from Office

Working Hours: Australian Timelines

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: Relevant Sales/Marketing Experience Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to handle ticketing-related sales and customer coordination for the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle ticketing sales and customer enquiries.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable ticketing options.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

Requirements

- Positive English communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and confident in handling customers.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Prior experience in ticketing, travel, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
- Comfortable working according to Australian timelines.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
