Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Gorakhpur. The specialist will be responsible for promoting Redcliffe Labs’ diagnostic and preventive health services, driving customer acquisition, and supporting revenue growth within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and partners,



and executing local marketing activities and campaigns.

The role involves explaining service offerings, addressing customer queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and collecting feedback to improve outreach strategies. The specialist will also conduct training or product awareness sessions for partners and frontline teams, prepare reports on sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets, manage pipelines, and support local business growth.
