Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving product sales and brand awareness for Jopasu Car Care in the Coimbatore South region. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, and promoting products through demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, gather market feedback,



and collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and positioning.

Daily tasks include engaging with customers, resolving queries, preparing sales reports, and ensuring that sales targets and customer service standards are met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and manage accounts or territories.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct product demonstrations and educate customers and channel partners.
- Relevant experience in automotive products, FMCG, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore South, with willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and data reporting.
