Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Faridabad. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Finovo.Tech’s fintech and IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and providing prompt, professional service.

The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital and offline initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align product positioning with market needs.



The specialist will also deliver training sessions or presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, prepare sales reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide clients on product use and support team performance.
- Relevant experience in fintech, IT solutions, or software product sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic digital marketing concepts, and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
