ONE Simulation is a healthcare simulation technology company building Make-in-India, high-fidelity simulators for doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals, with a growing presence in India and international markets.

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation
- Generate current leads through calling, research, databases, referrals and events.
- Identify hospitals, medical colleges, universities and healthcare institutions.
- Build and continuously follow up on the sales pipeline.
- Sales & Customer Calling
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch ONE Simulation solutions.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Training & Conference Management
- Drive medical training programs and conferences end-to-end.
- Coordinate with doctors, faculty, hospitals and participants.
- Handle registrations,



follow-ups and participant acquisition.
- Coordinate on-ground execution and convert event interactions into sales opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales or Field Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.
- Strong target orientation and a hunger to achieve sales numbers.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, trainings and conferences.
- Energetic, proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Graduate in any discipline.
