Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Patna. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote the company’s steel fabrication and engineered products to target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating product demonstrations or site visits.





The role involves collaborating with the operations and engineering teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities, as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and participation in industry events. The specialist will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reporting and feedback to management to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide professional support throughout the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, negotiate deals, close orders, and manage pipelines against defined targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively present product features, educate customers, and support internal teams on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or manufacturing/engineering sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
