Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The role involves promoting company products and services, identifying and engaging potential customers, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include providing product training, managing sales processes, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training and product demonstrations effectively
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet targets
- Experience in automation or technology-related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
