Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s event and artist management services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, contributing to promotional materials,



participating in events and client meetings, and providing ongoing customer service to ensure high client satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with event delivery and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build client rapport.
- Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and ensure a positive experience before, during, and after events.
- Sales skills for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing business opportunities.
- Sales Management and Training skills to track performance, support team goals, and share best practices.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
