Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product benefits, and driving in-store and field sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting Nutri Buddy products, executing sales and marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and providing service support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

The representative will also gather market feedback, assist in training staff or partners on product knowledge,



and collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities. Accurate reporting of sales activities, adherence to company processes, and meeting or exceeding sales targets are key expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue, support campaigns, and achieve performance goals.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers, retail staff, or partners on product features and usage.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, nutrition, wellness, or retail sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking apps) and data-driven decision-making.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
