- Actively prospect, identify, and map enterprise accounts across the FMCG sector to build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline.

- Conduct regular field travel, client site visits, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers, including IT Directors, Supply Chain Heads, and Sales Operation Leads.

- Understand client operational pain points around route-to-market strategies, distributor management, inventory tracking, and field force execution.

- Deliver tailored in-person product demonstrations of IT solutions, such as Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), ERPs, and analytics tools.

- Partner with internal pre-sales engineers and technical teams to craft technical proposals, scoping documents, and ROI models for client presentations.

- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from initial outreach and needs discovery to contract negotiation and closing.

- Lead commercial negotiations regarding software licensing, implementation schedules, service level agreements (SLAs),



and recurring SaaS subscriptions.

- Meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and contract value KPIs.

- Efficiently plan route schedules and daily travel across the assigned sales territory to maximize face-to-face client interaction time.

- Maintain complete and timely records of all field visits, pipeline activity, meeting notes, and revenue forecasts in the corporate CRM system.

- Gather on-the-ground market intelligence, monitor competitor tech offerings, and share FMCG industry trends with internal product teams.

- Build and maintain long-term consultative relationships with key client executives to drive software adoption, account retention, and upsell opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
