BuildTek Events is looking for an Event Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of B2B conferences, corporate events, business summits, and delegate acquisition.
? Work Mode: Work from Home
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
? Joining: Immediate
? Working Days: 5 Days a Week
?? Probation: 1 Month
? Monthly Earnings: ₹13,000 – ₹29,000
- Fixed Pay: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000
- Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000
What will you work on?
Assisting with the coordination and execution of business events
Developing event concepts and pitches for clients
Communicating with clients and ensuring event requirements are executed smoothly
Creating event timelines and trackers using MS Excel
Supporting social media and event marketing activities
Working on delegate acquisition and outreach
Conducting post-event evaluations and gathering feedback
Getting exposure to the end-to-end process behind qualified B2B conferences and summits
Who are we looking for?
✔️ Strong spoken and written English
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Comfortable working with MS Excel & PowerPoint
✔️ Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
✔️ Interested in event management, business conferences, sales/outreach or marketing
✔️ BBA candidates preferred
