We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive | Nutri Buddy

Nutri Buddy is building a kids’ nutrition and wellness brand focused on making everyday nutrition simpler, better and more accessible for parents and children.

We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who can contribute across sales, marketing, partnerships, field activities and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent sales opportunities across online and offline channels.
- Generate leads, connect with potential customers and partners, and manage follow-ups through the sales cycle.
- Conduct market and field visits to understand customer behaviour, retailer feedback, competition and new opportunities.
- Visit pediatricians, doctors, nutritionists, clinics and other relevant professionals when required, introduce Nutri Buddy and schedule meetings or follow-ups.
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, pharmacies, institutions and other potential channel partners.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, sampling activities and local activations.
- Assist in developing ideas for social media campaigns, promotional content, offers and brand communication.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Support influencer collaborations, podcast partnerships, community outreach and brand partnerships.
- Help identify relevant events, exhibitions, schools,



parenting communities and platforms where Nutri Buddy can build visibility.
- Conduct competitor and market research covering pricing, products, promotions and consumer trends.
- Assist in planning and executing offline branding and promotional initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, sales activity and customer feedback.
- Maintain regular reports of meetings, leads, follow-ups, conversions and marketing activities.
- Work towards defined sales, outreach and brand-growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, branding and business development.
- Comfortable with both field work and office-based responsibilities.
- Confident in approaching new people, businesses and potential partners.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media and current marketing trends.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Experience in FMCG, nutrition, healthcare, wellness, consumer brands or startups would be an advantage.
