Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Manage billing and basic store operations as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the team in achieving overall store sales and business goals.
- Maintain stock and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior sales/retail experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Mohali location.
