Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who can generate leads, pitch our cloud telephony solutions, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, demos, and inbound leads.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cloud telephony solutions

Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to closure.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell).

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep CRM records updated with accurate pipeline and client data.

Coordinate with the support and onboarding teams for smooth client activation.

Requirements





1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales

Experience in Cloud Telephony, SaaS, or Tech Sales is highly preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Basic understanding of CRM tools

Willingness to work from the Noida office, Monday to Saturday

You are comfortable with a 6-day work week (Mon to Sat)
