Job Responsibility Format – OHS Trainer (Gujarat)

- Contract: 1 year (extendable) – On Falcon HR Consulting Payroll

- Location: Gujarat

- Department: Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE)

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Occupational Health & Safety within manufacturing, chemical, steel, engineering, or allied industries (field training background mandatory)

- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science with Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related field

- Certifications (Mandatory):
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or IOSH Managing Safely

- Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) certification from BIMARG or equivalent recognized institute

- Responsibilities:

- Deliver induction, refresher, and statutory OHS training programs

- Develop training modules, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments

- Conduct competency evaluations and maintain training records

- Train employees on hazard identification, risk assessment,



permit to work, LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, chemical safety, fire safety, emergency response, PPE, and incident investigation

- Ensure compliance & documentation as per IMS

- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Indian HSE legislation and ISO 45001

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to engage and train employees across all organizational levels

- Language Requirement: Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory), with good communication in English and Hindi

- Preferred Candidate: Based in Gujarat or willing to relocate; self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
