Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at multiple project locations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements (Factories Act, Building & Other Construction Workers Act, IS codes, OSHA standards).
- Lead incident/accident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor use of PPEs, scaffolding, lifting equipment, fire safety, and other safety measures at sites.
- Maintain safety performance records, reports, and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct safety induction programs for current employees and contractors.
- Organize periodic safety training, tool-box talks, and awareness programs for site staff.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to “zero-accident” objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction Industry safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
