B. Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree / in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety / ADIS (Min 5 To 7 Years Experience in Wind Sector Projects)

C. Working Base: All India Basis / Project Wise

D. Salary Range: 5.0 to 8.0 Lakh P.A. / As per Company Norms

E. Candidate Working Experience Shall Include / Shall Be:

1. Ensure implementation of site safety procedures.

2. Conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs.

3. Monitor PPE usage and work permit systems.

4. Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.

5. Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.

6. Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.

7. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.

8. Maintain safety records and documentation.

F. Job Profile:

1. Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe work practices.

2. Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at site.

3.



Conduct risk assessments and support hazard control measures.

4. Coordinate with site teams to ensure safety compliance.

5. Report unsafe conditions /Unsafe Act and ensure corrective actions.

6. Support accident prevention and safety awareness programs.

7. Assist project team in achieving zero-incident safety targets.

G. Preference:

Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Power / Renewable Energy Projects will be preferred.

H. General Traits:

1. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safety regulations.

2. Field-oriented with good observation and reporting skills.

3. Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks.

4. Valuable coordination and communication with site teams.
