Role- S4 Hana Regional Change Management Lead

Location- Trivandrum (Kerala)

- Role is part of Global HR, accountable for localization and delivery of organizational change management for SAP S/4HANA transformation in India and subsequent Asia-Pacific deployments.
- Acts as the single point of accountability for site readiness and adoption, partnering with site leadership, Business Process Owners, PMO, L&D;, Internal Communications, and system integrator.
- Responsibilities include regional change strategy, stakeholder engagement, change champion network, change impact and readiness assessments, communications delivery, training coordination, and hypercare/sustainment.
- Success in this role means site leaders act as visible sponsors, readiness data is accurate,



champion network is active, and end users are trained and ready at go-live.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OD/HR/Business/Communications/Psychology or related field, minimum 6 years of experience in change management/OD/HR/transformation delivery, ERP deployment experience (SAP/S4HANA preferred), strong facilitation and communication skills, cultural agility, and skilled fluency in English.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/medical device/regulatory environments, training coordination, and formal change management certification (Prosci/CCMP).
