Role Description The Robotics Mentor is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. This role involves planning and delivering robotics and STEM sessions for students, guiding them through project-based learning, and supporting their understanding of core concepts and practical applications. The mentor will design and refine curriculum materials, set up and maintain robotics kits and lab equipment, and assist learners in programming and troubleshooting their projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workshops,



providing individualized support, collaborating with school staff, and documenting progress and outcomes.

The Robotics

Mentor will also participate in demonstrations, competitions, and events that showcase student projects and promote STEM learning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and hands-on STEM education.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and facilitating workshops or classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to educational robotics platforms and tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse age groups.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, science, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience working with school-aged learners or in an educational setting is an advantage.
- Ability to manage labs, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a passion for mentoring and innovation are highly valued.
