ABOUT ROBO LABS

Robo Labs is a Kolkata-based EdTech company bringing Robotics, AI, and STEAM education to students in Grades 3-12. We run embedded programs at partner schools, providing trainers, kits, curriculum, and lab infrastructure.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Robotics & AI Trainer to teach and inspire students at our partner school in Bandel. You will run hands-on classes, guide student projects, and manage the on-site robotics lab.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct engaging Robotics, AI, and STEAM classes for Grades 3-12
- Deliver lessons using Robo Labs curriculum and lesson plans
- Guide students in building and programming robots, sensors, and electronics projects
- Introduce AI and coding concepts in a simple, age-appropriate way
- Maintain the robotics lab, kits, and equipment
- Track student progress and support assessments
- Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and project showcases




- Log school visits and submit reports on time

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers
- Basic programming skills (Python, Scratch, or Arduino C/C++)
- Familiarity with sensors, motors, and basic electronics
- Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Confidence in managing a classroom of school students

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- Prior teaching or training experience
- Experience with AI/ML basics, drones, or IoT
- Passion for working with children

JOB DETAILS

- Type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: Bandel, Hooghly, West Bengal
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, school hours
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
