Engagement

On-campus representative and execution owner for Raak Sapphire

1. Role Purpose

Raak Sapphire is seeking a hands-on Technical Trainer & Program Coordinator to independently execute its 90-hour certificate programs in Applied Artificial Intelligence, Applied Robotics, and Applied Drone Technology. The role combines teaching, laboratory execution, student mentoring, program coordination, management reporting, documentation and day-to-day representation of Raak Sapphire at the partner institution.

The selected professional will be the primary execution owner on campus. The expectation is not only to teach the curriculum, but to ensure that classes, labs, assessments, projects, equipment, records and stakeholder communication are managed professionally and consistently.

2. Programs to be Delivered

- Applied Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI & Agentic AI – 90 hours / 30 weeks
- Applied Robotics & Intelligent Systems – 90 hours / 30 weeks
- Applied Drone Technology & Autonomous Systems – 90 hours / 30 weeks

Delivery model: One stream per teaching day, typically three teaching days per week. Each program combines theory, laboratory work, projects and assessments, with a strong emphasis on practical execution and demonstrable student outcomes. 3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching & Laboratory Delivery

- Deliver the approved weekly curriculum for all three streams in the prescribed sequence and within the defined academic calendar.
- Conduct aligned theory and practical/laboratory sessions, demonstrations, guided exercises and hands-on student activities.
- Prepare before each session: lesson plan, equipment, datasets, code, software environment, components, simulation files and lab material as applicable.
- Mentor students through mini-projects, level assessments and final capstone projects.
- Evaluate student performance through practical work, projects, demonstrations and technical viva, and maintain assessment records.
- Ensure students progress incrementally from fundamentals to applied implementation rather than receiving disconnected topic-wise instruction.

B. Lab & Technical Operations

- Operate and maintain the AI, Robotics and Drone learning environment, including software, hardware, kits, sensors, controllers, computers and other assigned equipment.
- Maintain inventory, issue/return records, equipment condition records and consumable usage.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate repair/replacement needs with Raak Sapphire.
- Enforce lab safety, battery safety, electrical safety, propeller/flight safety and responsible equipment usage.
- For drone activities, follow simulator-first and controlled-flight practices and comply with applicable institutional and regulatory requirements.

C. Program Management, Reporting & Documentation

- Use the two non-teaching workdays for program management, documentation, reporting, content preparation, student follow-up, lab readiness and professional upskilling.
- Prepare and submit weekly execution reports to Raak Sapphire covering classes delivered, attendance, syllabus progress, practical work, student performance, project status, lab issues, risks and next-week plan.
- Prepare monthly management summaries with key metrics, achievements, concerns, corrective actions and support required.
- Maintain class plans, attendance,

assessment records, student project trackers, photographs/evidence, lab logs and completion documentation.
- Escalate academic, operational, infrastructure, student or equipment risks promptly instead of allowing them to accumulate.

D. Representation & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as Raak Sapphire’s professional representative and execution point-of-contact at the assigned institution.
- Coordinate with college management, faculty coordinators, lab staff and students for scheduling, infrastructure, attendance, assessments and events.
- Communicate accurately and professionally; do not make commercial, legal or policy commitments on behalf of Raak Sapphire without authorization.
- Support student showcases, project demonstrations, academic reviews, audits, visits and presentations when required.
- Protect Raak Sapphire’s intellectual property, course material, equipment, brand reputation and confidential information.
