About the Business Group:The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Home Loans and Loan against Property to all categories of customers Pan India.About the Role:This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL and LAP business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance. Business Goals and Profitability

- Achieve business targets for the assigned area through the DSA network.
- Track DSA performance and ensure quality sourcing across the region.

Sales and Channel Development

- Onboard, train, and engage DSAs for consistent lead generation and quality conversions.
- Conduct regular reviews with DSA partners and field staff to drive performance.

Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure all partner-sourced files comply with process norms and documentation requirements.




- Flag and mitigate risks by monitoring sourcing patterns and trends.

Customer Experience

- Work closely with DSAs to ensure timely and professional customer interactions.
- Act as the point of contact for service issues and complaint resolution.

Digital Adoption and Innovation

- Encourage and track the use of digital platforms by DSA teams for faster TAT and visibility.

Qualifications:

- Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
- 6+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 2-3 years in HL and LAP

Role Proficiencies:

- Robust sales orientation
- Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
- Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in managing large, geographically spread team; coaching and mentoring team members
- Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment

- Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
