Job Title: Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field and branch-level risk assessment of loan applications.
- Verify customer KYC, income, business, residence and other documents.
- Identify potential credit, operational and fraud risks.
- Conduct customer and business verification as per company policy.
- Review loan files and ensure policy and process compliance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Branch teams for risk-related concerns.
- Highlight discrepancies and recommend appropriate action.
- Prepare and maintain risk assessment and verification reports.
- Monitor cases for early signs of fraud or financial irregularities.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s risk management policies and guidelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Finance background preferred.
- Freshers can be considered for entry-level positions.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for field verification.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
