Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Risk Team as Risk Officers. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information, reviewing loan documents, assessing basic credit risk, and supporting the loan approval process under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of loan application files.
- Conduct telephonic and field verification (if required).
- Assist in assessing the customer's repayment capacity.
- Identify discrepancies or missing documents in loan files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.




- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Prepare basic risk assessment reports.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
- Support senior Risk Officers in day-to-day activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age: 21–28 years.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of banking, finance, or NBFC operations.
- Positive analytical and logical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel for field verification if required
