Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Risk Officer to assess credit and operational risks, verify customer information, and ensure that loan cases comply with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct credit and risk assessment of loan applications.

- Verify customer KYC, income, business, residence, and other documents.

- Conduct field verification and assess the customer’s business and repayment capacity.

- Identify potential fraud, credit, and operational risks.

- Review credit bureau reports such as CIBIL/Experian and analyze repayment history.

- Ensure loan applications comply with company credit policy and risk guidelines.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for smooth processing.

- Prepare and maintain risk assessment reports and verification records.

- Highlight discrepancies, negative findings, or high-risk cases to the concerned authority.

- Support the team in maintaining portfolio quality and reducing credit losses.





- Follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 1+ year in NBFC, Banking, Finance, Credit, Risk, or related field. Freshers can also be considered based on suitability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Willingness to travel for field verification when required.
