Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk Officer to support the Risk & Credit team in evaluating loan applications, verifying customer information, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with the company’s credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess loan applications as per company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct customer and document verification for loan applications.
- Analyze customer income, banking transactions, credit history, and financial documents.
- Identify potential credit and operational risks before loan approval.
- Check CIBIL/credit bureau reports and repayment history.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for case processing.
- Conduct field verification and assess the customer’s business/profile when required.




- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare risk-related reports.
- Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the senior team.
- Support the team in reducing fraud, credit, and operational risks.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Willingness to travel for field verification, if required.
