Role Description The Robot Welding Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. in Rajkot. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring robotic welding systems, setting up welding parameters, and loading and positioning workpieces according to production requirements.

The Robot Welding

Operator will perform routine checks on machines, identify basic equipment issues, and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation. Day-to-day activities include performing welds to specification, inspecting welded components for quality, documenting production and inspection data,



and following safety procedures and work instructions on the shop floor. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Robotic Welding and Welding, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setting up, running, and monitoring CNC and robotic welding equipment.
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and timely reporting of mechanical issues.
- Competence in Quality Control, including visual inspection of welds, use of measuring tools, and adherence to quality standards and documentation.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication workplace, preferably with CNC machinery.
- Good understanding of shop-floor safety practices and willingness to use required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to follow work instructions, complete tasks with attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical diploma, certificate in welding/robotic operation, or equivalent practical experience in industrial welding operations.
