Responsibilities -

-Monitor real-time trading activity and flag anomalies or breaches of risk limits

-Ensure adherence to regulatory and exchange guidelines

-Analyze positions, exposures, and market movements

-Prepare daily risk and compliance reports and escalate issues to senior management

-Support risk policies, audits, and documentation

Work with trading, compliance, and tech teams to improve surveillance systems and controls

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of capital markets and trading products

Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools

Prior risk or compliance experience in broking or prop trading (preferred)

Attention to detail, sound ethical judgment, and comfort with high-pressure, rotational or extended market hours
