Role Description The RHR (Regional Human Resources) role is a full-time, in office position based in Peravurani. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for the region, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll-related data with finance, administering attendance and leave management, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.

The RHR will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, facilitate training and development initiatives,



and assist in implementing HR programs aligned with organizational goals. The role also requires regular coordination with regional leadership and the central HR team to provide timely reporting, resolve HR issues, and support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to NBFCs or financial services organizations.
- Ability to manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee queries, counsel team members, and collaborate with management.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on fairness, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or social impact organizations.
- Ability to work on-site in Peravurani, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
