Job Location: Chakala, Andheri East,

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Time: timings flexible can login any time between 8.30 am to 10 am but have to complete 9 hrs shift

Years of Experience: 3–6 Years (Function: Revenue Operations | CRM | Data Governance)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Postgraduate preferred)

Budget: Max up to 6LPA

- 3–6 years managing a CRM system (such as Zoho), ideally within financial services or a comparable regulated environment.

- Demonstrated habit of testing every change safely before making it live, always with a rollback plan.
- Working understanding of data privacy fundamentals — handling personal-data requests correctly and reporting data incidents on time.
- Real experience managing contracts and relationships.

- Comfortable saying no and escalating when a rule genuinely matters, rather than finding a workaround that quietly breaks it.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while producing accurate, high-quality output — this role sits at the intersection of trust and speed.
