We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Sales Trainer to join our team for the DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) program.

? QualificationGraduate / Diploma in Retail, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant discipline.

? CertificationToT (Trainer of Trainers) Certification – RAS/Q0109 is required/preferred as per project requirements.

? Experience1–3 Years of relevant experience in Retail Sales, Retail Operations, Sales Training, Customer Service, Skill Development, or Vocational Training.

? Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the prescribed DDU-GKY curriculum.
- Train candidates on retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, selling techniques, store operations, and workplace practices.
- Conduct practical activities, demonstrations, role plays, mock customer interactions, and group activities.
- Develop candidates' communication, interpersonal, employability, and workplace skills.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor candidate performance and provide individual feedback.




- Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and other training documentation.
- Prepare candidates for retail-sector interviews and employment.
- Coordinate with the placement team regarding candidate readiness.
- Ensure compliance with training schedules, curriculum requirements, and centre guidelines.

- Solid knowledge of Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good classroom management and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to conduct practical/activity-based training
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer/MS Office skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
