Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate the team to deliver excellent performance.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and customer engagement at all times.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommend suitable alternatives and add-on products.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor sales floor activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct pre-sale preparation of merchandise, including quantity, quality, pricing, and labeling checks.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure availability of key sizes and styles for customers.
- Support inventory management activities, stock counts, and audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards.
- Analyze sales performance and contribute ideas to improve store results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations professionally.




- Communicate effectively with store management and team members.
- Support training and coaching of Sales Associates to improve performance.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong sales and target achievement mindset.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs such as Conversion, UPT, ATV, ASP, and Sales per Hour.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum Higher Secondary/High School education.
- 2-4 years of retail experience, preferably in footwear, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
- Footwear retail experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a Supervisory or Senior Sales Associate role will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and store management processes.
