Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur. In this position, the specialist greets customers, understands their needs, and recommends appropriate products to enhance their shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and providing accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions.

The role also involves handling customer queries, supporting billing and checkout processes,



and adhering to store policies and visual merchandising standards.

The Retail Sales

Specialist works closely with the store team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, effective store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to engage customers and support store performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge to explain features, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Basic numeracy and POS handling skills, with the ability to manage cash and billing accurately.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion apparel is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and maintain store hygiene and presentation standards.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is an advantage.
