About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team.

As a Retail person, your main responsibility will be to welcome customers, understand what they need, help them choose the right products, and create a memorable shopping experience.

You will also work with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience
- Welcome every customer with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Store Operations
- Follow all company and store policies.
- Help maintain the store's appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock receiving, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and available for customers.
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Teamwork
- Work well with the store team to achieve common goals.
- Share ideas, information, and suggestions.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Respect different opinions and support team decisions.

- Should be able to demonstrate examples of good customer service and relationship building
