Role

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Knowledge of POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counters as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
- Handling of Shift Open/Close procedures.
- Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working workplace.

Requirements





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
