Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Retail Sales Manager to drive sales and develop the dealer/distributor network for our agri-commodity and soya products.

The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, developing new markets, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Soya DOC – Hiro & Normal
- Soya Crude Oil
- DORB (Rice Cake)
- Rice Crude Oil
- Rice Pellet
- Soya Chhilka
- Soya Churi
- Mustard DOC
- Other related agri-commodity products

Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.




- Generate and process customer orders.
- Coordinate with billing, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor market trends, product demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate to ensure product availability.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback with management.

Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Agri/Commodity/Soya product sales preferred.
- Good understanding of dealer and distributor management.
- Solid communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Good market-development and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, if required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
