About HCS Home

HCS Home (Hukam Chand & Sons) is looking for a Retail Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Executive to join our premium home solutions showroom in Ambala.

The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, and converting showroom visits into successful sales.

Our product range includes tiles, slabs & stones, bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, pipe fittings, installation chemicals, and water solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and project stage.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, quality, and applications.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products such as:
- Tiles
- Bathroom Fittings
- Sanitaryware
- Slabs & Stones
- Pipe Fittings
- Installation Chemicals
- Water Solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and showroom presentations.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the relevant team for pricing approvals.
- Follow up with customers after showroom visits and enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, enquiries, and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers accompanying customers.
- Coordinate with backend, purchase, inventory,



and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
- Stay updated on new products, brands, product features, and market trends.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Counter Sales, Building Materials, Home Improvement, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, or related industries.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good product presentation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented and confident in closing sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare quotations.
- Candidates with experience in tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, building materials, or interior/home solutions will be preferred.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
