Role Description The Retail Sales Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This roleidentifying potential customers through our application, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into customers

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and understand their financial needs.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills,



including experience meeting targets and converting inquiries into successful investments.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Tamil) is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and an interest in investment products, particularly gold and micro-investments.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and transactional processes.
- Previous experience in retail, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai on a fixed schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
