Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our textile business located in the hub of Burrabazar / Howrah. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with business clients, retailers, tailors, boutique owners, and wholesalers. You will present our textile collections, negotiate orders, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & B2B Sales: Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients, including retailers, boutique owners, garment manufacturers, and wholesalers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Product Presentation: Showcase textile samples, explain fabric quality, specifications, and pricing structures effectively.
- Order Processing & Negotiation: Handle price negotiations, finalize order quantities, and follow up on payment collection schedules.
- Market Insights: Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing,



and demand changes in the textile industry within the Burrabazar and Howrah commercial belts.
- Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Freshers: Open to fresh graduates/pass-outs with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in sales, preferably in textiles, fabrics, garments, or retail/wholesale trade.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in Hindi/Bengali; basic English is a plus).
- Good negotiation and persuasive sales skills.
- Familiarity with the Burabazar / Howrah wholesale market landscape is advantageous.
- basic numerical ability to calculate order totals, margins, and discounts.

Remuneration & Compensation
- Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: Attractive hike on last drawn salary (commensurate with relevant experience and past performance).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
