Relationship Manager - Retail Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Acquire current high-value retail clients via networking and referrals. Complete KYC and compliance checks during client onboarding. Portfolio & Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.

Monitor account activities and maintain up-to-date client records. Advisory & Cross-Selling: Assess personal financial goals and risk appetites. Cross-sell banking products like mortgages, credit cards, and insurance.

Recommend investment and wealth management options
