We are launching a modern, patient-first retail pharmacy in Noida Sector 62 focused on clinical dispensing accuracy, customer care, and streamlined inventory control. We are looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Retail Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on counter experience to lead daily dispensary operations, handle doctor prescription audits, manage stock inward/expiry cycles, and deliver patient counseling.

Key Responsibilities1. Prescription Dispensing & Patient Care

- Accurately interpret, screen, and dispense doctor prescriptions, ensuring correct dosages, drug interactions, route instructions, and active salt matching.
- Provide patient counseling on drug administration, storage requirements (e.g., cold chain maintenance), dietary interactions, and compliance.
- Confidently advise patients on therapeutic generic/salt substitutions where appropriate while adhering to ethical dispensing standards.

1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Oversee computerized billing, daily stock verification, and inward purchase entry (batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP, and margin verification).
- Implement strict FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) practices to minimize expiry returns and shelf wastage.
- Monitor minimum order levels (MOL), manage supplier purchase orders, and coordinate with wholesale stockists for fast-moving SKU refills.
- Oversee proper cold chain storage ($2^circtext{C}$ to $8^circtext{C}$) and maintain daily temperature logs for biologicals, insulin, and vaccines.

1. Statutory Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain legally compliant records under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, including Schedule H, H1, and Narcotic Registers.
- Ensure patient records, doctor details, and batch tracking logs are systematically filed and audit-ready for Drug Inspector inspections.




- Maintain cash registers, shift-end reconciliation, digital payment settlements, and day-end sales logs.

1. Store Operations & Customer Relations

- Build long-term patient rapport, manage chronic refill reminders (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid), and assist in local doorstep delivery coordination.
- Guide and supervise junior counter staff, dispensers, or trainees on hygiene, shelf organization, and customer handling etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a PCI-recognized institution.
- Licensing: Valid registered pharmacist certificate (UP Pharmacy Council registration preferred or transferable).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of continuous retail pharmacy counter experience.
- Prior experience handling high-volume OTC and prescription sales in Delhi-NCR.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in pharmacy billing and ERP software (e.g., Marg ERP / MargBooks, eVitalRx, or similar platforms).
- Strong working knowledge of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs/salts), branded formulations, and OTC wellness products.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp business communication, digital POS).
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Clear, professional communication in Hindi and working English.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently during peak counter rush.
