Preferred Eligibility Criteria
- Degree:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Business Management.
- Operational Expertise:
Proven mastery in luxury retreat operations, ultra-HNWI guest experiences, retreat programming, and P&L; management.
- Experience:
Minimum 12–15+ years in hospitality, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a premium boutique wellness resort or sanctuary.
- Full-time, on-site role.

- Strategic Operations & P&L;:
Drive top-line revenue, manage operational budgets, and maintain high-yield occupancy for the sanctuary.
- Integrative Guest Experience:
Ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth guests
- Departmental Synergy:
Align clinical wellness teams (Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga) with other teams
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Quality & Estate Standards:
Oversee sanctuary maintenance, organic gardens, eco-sustainability initiatives, and luxury safety protocols.
- Brand Representation:
Act as the face of the retreat
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
- Deep mastery over ultra-luxury hospitality standards, retreat logistics, and guest personalization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with ultra-HNWIs and NRIs
- Versatility in leadership
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends
