Role Overview: We are recruiting dedicated Medical Officers to coordinate indoor admissions, attend to walk-in emergencies,

conduct systematic daily patient evaluations in the ICU/HDU, and work in direct clinical liaison with attending Pulmonologists and

Consultant Intensivists.

Emergency & Casualty Triage: Conduct rapid evaluation and triage of incoming medical emergencies, initiate immediate stabilization protocols, and manage acute respiratory distress cases.

Consultant Escalation: Promptly communicate hemodynamic changes, telemetry alarms, or abnormal laboratory indices to treating Pulmonologists; execute orders with zero delay.

Resuscitation & Code Blue: Lead primary BLS/ACLS protocols during cardiorespiratory arrests in ICU/Casualty until handover to the Consultant Intensivist.

Inpatient Rounds & Charting: Perform regular morning and evening rounds across IPD and ICU; review diagnostic blood tests and imaging; update medication orders and treatment sheets.

Bedside Procedural Competency: Perform Arterial Blood Gas

(ABG) draws, peripheral/central line placement, nasogastric tubes,

Foley catheterization, and assist in thoracentesis/ICD.

Clinical Documentation: Ensure accurate, legally compliant admission sheets, transfer summaries, and discharge summaries as per NABH quality guidelines.
