Reservation Agent*:

- - Handle room bookings and reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
- Process cancellations, modifications, and refunds
- Provide hotel information and answer customer/Agent queries
- * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- follow up on payments and invoice with Hotel
