About the Role

We are looking for passionate Chemical Engineers with experience in Flow Chemistry, Continuous Manufacturing, and Process Engineering to join our Manufacturing Strategy team. The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge flow technology platforms, process scale-up, and commercialization of cutting-edge chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize chemical processes using Flow Chemistry (Micro/Meso Reactors).
- Select suitable flow reactors, pumps, and downstream processing equipment.
- Generate experimental data for process scale-up using Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot plant and commercial manufacturing.
- Identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of flow chemistry-based processes.
- Work closely with Process Development, Manufacturing, and Technology Transfer teams.




- Ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of projects.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in Flow Chemistry, Process Engineering, Continuous Manufacturing, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Reactors, Pumps, and Process Equipment.
- Strong understanding of Chemical Engineering fundamentals and process scale-up.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
