Role Description The Research & Analytics Associate – Fundraising is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative research to identify funding opportunities, analyze donor trends, and generate insights that inform fundraising strategies.

The associate will compile and maintain databases on potential donors, grants, and impact metrics, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking campaign performance,



supporting proposal development with data-backed narratives, and collaborating with program and leadership teams to ensure fundraising activities are aligned with organizational impact goals. The role also includes monitoring sector developments in early childhood education and social impact, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for the fundraising team.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with data collection, cleaning, and interpretation for fundraising or social impact initiatives.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools to build dashboards and performance reports.
- Competence in preparing explicit, concise written materials such as donor briefs, concept notes, and data-driven presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks, monitoring and evaluation practices, or social sector analytics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, social sciences, business, or a related field;
